Alexandra Taverner & Natalie Byrne-Regan the co-founders of The Laser Academy Group
Alexandra began her career in the beauty industry after leaving school and has an abundance of hands-on experience in laser, aesthetics and beauty treatments, before turning her hand to teaching in all areas of beauty, aesthetics and laser. Alexandra delivers both privately accredited and regulated qualifications within the industry, encouraging a higher standard within an industry she loves and has developed her career and business within. Alongside this, mentoring and business development is a huge passion for Alex. It became apparent many years ago to her that practitioners, therapists and industry professionals were missing one vital skill which was business knowledge. With her vast experience training hundreds of professionals, she has devised business building programmes to help professionals thrive within their work. This is something we have brought into our laser packages which we feel gives us a unique edge.
Natalie's career spanned business consultancy and marketing, strategy/ implementation. Until turning her hand to laser, aesthetics and beauty.
Natalie enjoyed this transition so much, she then wanted to help others develop in the same way via teaching the trade herself. We are both extremely passionate about the industry and ensuring learners have the correct equipment, are taught with knowledge, expertise, passion and patience, as well as continuing their support after training completion and/or device purchase.We like to offer a holistic approach to training from quotation, through to after sales support and even business & marketing and coaching. It is our goal to ensure comprehensive training is delivered and to ensure industry standards are closely adhered to.
